"Hello! My name is Kennedy Schumacher. I am a newly licensed REALTOR® with a lifelong connection to real estate and home building. Growing up in the small town of Durant, Iowa, I was surrounded by the industry from my parents, who build homes and own multiple rental properties. My early exposure to real estate sparked a passion that led me to pursue a career helping others find a place to call home.

Before getting into real estate, I gained valuable experience working in the restaurant industry. Working directly with customers taught me the importance of communication, creating great experiences, paying attention to the little details, and staying calm in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, it taught me how to work hard, listen to people, and make sure every customer feels taken care of—skills I'll bring into every client relationship.

Now residing in Tiffin, I bring a friendly, energetic, and hardworking approach to real estate. I'm organized, competitive, passionate, detail-oriented, and committed to making the buying or selling process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Outside of real estate, I love spending time with friends and family, trying new restaurants, and staying active through the gym, walks, and pickleball. I'm excited to build lasting relationships and help clients feel confident every step of the way."
